Can you believe it? We started our medication to begin our ovary stimulation (well, MY ovary stimulation!) I am doing 150iu Bravelle mixed with 75iu Menopur. I am super excited to be at this point. It's all becoming a little more real. You just get so accustomed to shots and pills and appointments, that it's easy to lose track of what we're actually doing. I'm a bit pessimistic about this whole ordeal as I don't want to get my hopes up only to have them completely crashed. We will know if we are pregnant the week before Christmas. So, it'll either be a GREAT Christmas, or a horrible one. If only there was a guarantee...unfortunately, this is one of those lessons of infertility!

I have my first estrogen check on Monday and my 1st ultrasound on Wednesday. I'll keep everyone posted on what they find! Let's hope for LOTS of eggies!!!
