WOW! What an ultrasound we had today. My mom went with me as we did some Christmas shopping. My ovaries look like honeycombs or handfuls of cotton balls squeezed together. There is NO room in my ovaries and they just keep stretching. My abdomen is so tight and swollen that I look 12 weeks pregnant! YIKES! You can see on the ultrasound how squished these eggs are. My E2 level today was 1172. We will be very high tomorrow. The doctor informed us to stop all stims (4 vials of injects) and just do our Lupron this evening. Then, in the morning, I need to do 1 vial of either Menopur or Bravelle and report back for another ultrasound and E2 check. They are going to have 2 techs check my ovaries in order to try and count them better. We will know after tomorrow a little more what to expect. We had several 17s, 16s, 15s, 14s, & 13s floating in there (they need to be 20s to be mature and able for retrieval), so we're getting REALLY REALLY CLOSE! Our Egg Retrieval could possible be bumped up, but we won't know until tomorrow!
