I might as well grab an easter basket for Wednesday when we do our retrieval. They counted 17 follicles (not all follicles have eggs, but about 1/2 usually do) and said there were probably close to 30 follicles total. My ovaries look like honeycombs or a handful of cotton balls squished together. I'm feeling the pressure. I have a constant full feeling. It's all becoming more and more real now! Here is our most recent schedule:

Saturday evening - 5 units of Lupron
Sunday morning - 1 vial (75iu) of either Menopur or Bravelle
Sunday evening - 5 units of Lupron
Monday - ultrasound & E2 check and wait for instructions from the doctor

It is looking like our egg retrieval will be as planned on November 29th! I'm getting excited and nervous at the same time! It's almost here! YIPPEE!!!

I will continue to update as we know information. IVF is a VERY stressful (far more stressful than all the other rounds of infertility we've done) and VERY exciting process. We hope and pray it is what will work for us.
