We're here...

We're in Nashville...so so tired!   The check-in clerk was a nursing student studying to be a pediatrician, so it was nice to converse with her.  Once again, another stranger looked at me and said.."I think she's going to be okay."  Like they are compelled to tell me these things...

On a side note, they did almost a full level II on both girls again today at Dr. Turnquest's office.  I really expected only to have Addy's heart scanned, but we got some time with both of them!   The tech was shocked to see that Reagan's heart was at 141 and normal, still a small pocket of fluid to the side though and she was MOVING!!!  She didn't tell me the amniotic fluid pocket, but she saw her arms move and she said I was probably feeling her move from what she could see.  She checked Addy and she looked great as normal.  I now have discovered she typically has her feet in Reagan's face, her butt in my ribs and her head to my side..no wonder I can push her around in there!   She's measuring 1lb 9oz, a little behind, but they aren't really concerned.  She said that with twins, Crohn's, and then all the issues, it's really just a guess and it didn't look all that bad.  Reagan was of course in the 1-2 percentile.  Yet, she told me not to take stock in that because her measurements are likely very off because of her compression.  And, I do remember her getting re-measured after her stint and she was actually pretty close to Addy.  So, likely, she's behind her sister, but not by too terribly much.

The tech did leave and come back in and she decided to check cord blood flow.  And, she was shocked..she chuckled and I asked why and she said because her cord is normal and I didn't expect that!!!!  Addy's was fine as well...  So, another plus...  Reagan's bladder looked bigger, yet not too terribly much again.. but it doesn't have much room to grow, so who knows or understands that one..

Anyway..I'm off to bed for now..  The beds in the hotel are small, but it's just one night..if we end up staying..we'll figure that out later..we were all of 2 1/2 hours from home!   That's just amazing in itself...

Pray for some miracles...we need them!
