Just a quick post.... baking holiday goodies and I'm simply exhausted!





Mama & Papa sent her this Christmas card.  It's a Hallmark Music Card.  They send them for all the holidays and the last one Addy got was a super cute princess one, but she had no interest in the card... well the Christmas one?  Uhm, let's just say the card no longer works....because she played with it for at LEAST 30 minutes!  She had a ball.  You can't hear it but Mama says "We love you Miss Addy!" and then it starts playing and she started dancing everytime...

A quick update:
We all came down with the stomach flu.  Addy & I are still a little rough.  She woke at 5am on Sunday and puked all over our bed, chunks.  She was restless, so we had brought her to bed with us to get her to stay asleep.  She was up for several hours in the middle of the night and then we all finally fell asleep.  Then both charley and I just felt nauseated all day.  I lost my appetite and my stomach has had spasms and such.  But, Dr. Stone had called me in some spasm drugs, so I started taking those as needed too.  I'm thinking by tomorrow we'll all be a little well.  Addy had to get her booster flu shot today too.  She just doesn't seem quite herself just yet.  Her schedule is a bit off and she has refused most of her pedialyte because she REALLY wants her milk, but with the diarrhea and puking, I needed to keep her on pedialyte mostly, but we have caved and given her milk and she's done okay with it.  Oh, and my foot.  It's better.  Still limping somewhat, but i don't even think it's sprained.  I think maybe I pulled a muscle or something, but it never swelled... but it is still hard to get up and down stairs and squatting down is near impossible.  Oh, and my body is going through the prednisone withdrawal... I simply ache all over!  But, we're all hanging in there...

If I don't post before then, MERRY CHRISTMAS!  Will have tons of photos over the next few days.  As much as I'm dreading Christmas, I'm looking forward to it too because I think Addy gets the idea of "Presents" and it's going to be fun watching her dig into all her gifts!
